Do you sushi?

The best sources of iodine are seafood and seaweed because iodine comes from the sea. Coastal areas have more iodine in their soil due to the rain having a higher salt content.

  4. I just learned that, thank you for sharing! Did you know that there are many forms of iodine? All of them are radioactive except for I-127.
